This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet and charming neighborhood. It offers excellent value for money and is within walking distance of the city center. The location in the university area provides a great range of restaurants to choose from, perfect for exploring the local cuisine. We were lucky to find this hidden gem for our family stay. the B&B is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the city center. the university area nearby offers a great range of restaurants, perfect for exploring different cuisines. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful Victorian touches. the bathroom is amazing, featuring a clawfoot tub and a lovely hot shower. the service provided by the friendly hosts was exceptional, making us feel right at home. the breakfasts were delicious, prepared with care and attention. a wonderful experience.

Good price for a central location and decent breakfast. the vintage feel of the place is a plus.
The room felt cramped even though it was advertised as spacious. Could hear other guests easily.

The location was convenient, just a short walk away from the city center. It was easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions.
The bathroom facilities were shared, which was a bit inconvenient. There was only one toilet and one bathroom for all guests, so sometimes there was a wait.

The hotel is located in the university area with a great range of restaurants nearby. We loved being in this quiet neighborhood, yet still within walking distance of the city centre. The rooms have a nice view of the yard, especially the green bedroom which was lovely. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious and gave us a good start to our day.
